About the position

The Therapist position at Centered Mind Therapy involves providing telehealth or in-person behavioral health services to clients. The role allows therapists to focus on clinical work while the platform manages non-clinical tasks such as marketing, client acquisition, and billing. This position offers flexibility in working hours and client load, making it suitable for both part-time and full-time therapists.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments of client's mental health needs
• Provide telehealth or in-person behavioral health services to individual clients and groups
• Document client services in EHR and practice management system

Requirements

• Masters degree from an accredited school
• Current license to practice as a LCSW or LMFT or equivalent
• Demonstrates excellent clinical skills
• Familiarity and comfort with the DSM V diagnostic criteria
• Evidence of mature judgment and crisis intervention skills
• Ability to effectively present information both orally and written
• Ability to work both autonomously as a self-starter, and collaboratively as a team member
• Ability to stay organized and keep calendar availability up to date
• Ability to effectively and efficiently complete progress notes after client sessions
• Experience providing telehealth services and evidence-based treatment modalities (DBT, CBT, EFT, etc.)
