About the position

Eurest is hiring immediately for full-time Cold Food (Salad) positions at COP Main located in Bartlesville, OK. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of cold food items, including sandwiches, salads, and deli products. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting delicatessen meats, vegetables, and cheeses using slicing machines, knives, or other cutters. The position requires kitchen experience and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The work schedule is full-time, typically Monday through Friday, with hours that may vary. More specific details regarding the schedule will be provided during the interview process. In this role, you will obtain the daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef, ensuring that all food items are prepared according to approved production standards. You will stock and replenish deli and cold products, ensuring compliance with merchandising guidelines. The position also involves carrying food items to and from workstations, storing food according to HACCP standards, and maintaining cleanliness in the preparation and serving areas. You will interact with coworkers to ensure compliance with service standards and inventory control procedures, all while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities

  • Cuts delicatessen meats, vegetables, and cheeses using slicing machines, knives, or other cutters.
  • Prepares and serves sandwiches, salads, and other cold food items.
  • Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from Chef.
  • Prepares sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments, and salads using approved production standards.
  • Stocks and replenishes deli/cold products and condiments following approved merchandising guidelines.
  • Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstation, stove, and refrigerator.
  • Stores food in designated areas following HACCP standard wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.
  • Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains counters, work surfaces, refrigeration units, and floors in the preparation and serving areas.
  • Cuts slices of meat, cheese, or vegetables to designated thickness using a slicing machine.
  • Interacts with coworkers to ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
  • Maintains a clean, safe work environment to comply with sanitation, ServSafe, and safety requirements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
