About the position

Responsibilities

  • Oversee branch operations, including hiring, training, and managing office expenses and budgets.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in residential real estate transactions.
  • Active local real estate or broker's license.
  • Proven management experience in recruiting and training teams.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and procedures.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious with a willingness to embrace new technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with internet and media sites.
