About the position

The Branch Manager at Coldwell Banker is responsible for leading and managing the local brokerage office, focusing on recruiting and developing real estate agents, driving revenue, and establishing a culture of growth and success. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the local Coldwell Banker brokerage office.
  • Recruit and develop real estate agents to build a successful team.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective management and leadership.
  • Establish a culture of growth and success among associates.
  • Articulate Coldwell Banker's value proposition to attract and retain agents.
  • Oversee branch operations, including hiring, training, and managing office expenses and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in local transactions.
  • Participate in community events to enhance brand recognition and market share.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in residential real estate transactions.
  • Active local real estate or broker's license.
  • Proven management success in recruiting and training teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with technology and media sites.
