About the position

As a Branch Manager at Coldwell Banker, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the local brokerage office, which is part of the nation's No. 1 residential real estate brokerage for over two decades. Your primary responsibility will be to recruit, develop, and mentor real estate agents, ensuring they have the necessary tools and training to succeed in generating new revenue. You will be recognized for your leadership both within the office and in the community, establishing a culture of growth and excellence among associates. Responsibilities

Requirements
