About the position

The Collaboration Account Executive is a key role within Cisco's Field Sales and Collaboration Technology Group, responsible for driving sales of Cloud Collaboration products and solutions. This position involves establishing and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, including IT, HR, and procurement, to ensure customer success and achieve sales targets. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and partners to deliver compelling business cases and improve Cisco's solution portfolio over time.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain customer relationships with IT, executives, HR, training, sales, and procurement.
  • Sell the full suite of Cloud Collaboration products, software, solutions, and services to new and existing customers.
  • Build Cisco's relevance in delivering Cloud Collaboration Experiences through solution development and marketing.
  • Lead and orchestrate Cisco and Partner resources to identify and qualify opportunities, closing engagements to achieve product and services bookings targets.
  • Develop and present compelling business cases to customers, maintaining expert-level knowledge of cost, benefit, and risk drivers.
  • Partner closely with Engineers/Architects to align technology architecture with customer business outcomes and ensure customer success.
  • Share detailed execution plans and progress with field leadership and account teams.
  • Suggest improvements to Cisco's solution portfolio based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience in selling Cisco specific products and 'as a Service' solutions.
  • Strong technical expertise in collaboration technology and the ability to convert it into business acumen.
  • Proven track record in establishing and maintaining customer relationships.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Cloud Sales or related fields.
  • Familiarity with the Cisco partner ecosystem.
