About the position

The Collaboration Solutions Architect (Voice Engineer) at Clorox is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's unified communications infrastructure, with a focus on Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and related voice communication systems. This role involves overseeing the global replacement of voice infrastructure, ensuring high-quality communication, and integrating various collaboration tools to enhance organizational productivity. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Cisco technologies and a strong background in voice and video communications.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable and reliable Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) solutions.
  • Develop and manage advanced voice systems, including VoIP, SIP trunking, and PSTN integration.
  • Replace and overhaul voice infrastructure globally, ensuring compliance with modern standards.
  • Experience in migrating SIP trunks to cloud-based SIP trunking solutions.
  • Design, implement, and manage audio and video conferencing solutions.
  • Integrate conference room technologies with unified communications platforms.
  • Ensure high availability and performance of wireless services.
  • Assess and optimize network infrastructure for voice, video, and data traffic.
  • Implement robust security measures for communication systems.
  • Manage vendor relationships for communication and collaboration solutions.
  • Provide training and high-level technical support to end-users and IT staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Cisco technologies such as CCNP or CCIE.
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role with a focus on unified communications and Cisco CUCM.
  • Deep knowledge of voice and video communication principles, network infrastructure, and QoS.
  • Experience with call center software and integrations, E911, paging systems, fax systems, security systems, and cellular voice solutions.
  • Experience with the design and implementation of audio and video conferencing solutions.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead projects from conception to implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
