About the position

The Collection Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) role at STS Systems Support involves providing expertise in military and agency collection management to assist the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in standardizing practices and training across the Intelligence Community. The position requires a strong background in multi-INT collection management and the ability to apply this knowledge to complex assignments.

Responsibilities

• Revitalize and standardize Collection Management standards and practices across the DIA and Intelligence Community.
• Provide Collection Management support and expertise in Collection Requirements and Collection Planning Methodologies.
• Apply all-source intelligence analysis to collection requirements and operations.
• Prepare and deliver briefings and papers to senior officials.
• Develop and implement training programs related to Collection Management.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Expertise in multi-INT collection management concepts and practices.
• Professional knowledge of all-source intelligence principles and techniques.
• Ability to apply all-source collection capabilities against prioritized targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Instructional Systems Design (Curriculum Development) or certification.
