About The Position
The Collection Representative role at Leeds Professional Resources is a temporary, full-time position focused on managing collections for a residential restoration contractor. The primary responsibility is to apply strong customer service skills to encourage timely payments while maintaining a professional demeanor. The ideal candidate will create daily aging reports to track overdue accounts and will work closely with both internal and external partners to facilitate collections.
