This full-time position is responsible for collecting on past due accounts, answering customers' account questions, receiving funds via checks, cash, and credit cards, correctly posting payments to customer accounts, and processing month-end statement billing. The ideal candidate is upbeat, polite, detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask, and comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
