About the position

Evercare Protection & 4 Ever Home USA is seeking dedicated Collections Agents to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers who are behind on their payments or have missed their payment deadlines. Your primary objective will be to collect payments and help bring accounts back to current status. This position is crucial in maintaining the financial health of our company and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to providing excellent service while achieving collection goals. As a Collections Agent, you will work in a structured environment with a focus on professionalism and respect. You will be trained to handle various customer situations with patience and understanding, ensuring that each interaction is positive and productive. The role requires a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to motivate yourself to achieve targets. You will be expected to manage your time effectively and maintain a high level of organization in your work. We are looking to fill approximately 10-12 seats in our training class every two weeks, which indicates our rapid growth and the demand for skilled agents. The pay for this position is $16 per hour, along with competitive commissions and bonuses that reward your performance. This is a full-time position with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. After 60 days of employment, you will be eligible for full medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as a 401(k) plan after one year of service. Additionally, you will receive one week of paid vacation after your first year with us, providing you with the opportunity to recharge and enjoy time away from work.
