About the position

The Collections Customer Service role at Check City is a part-time position focused on managing customer accounts in compliance with relevant laws and company policies. The position requires effective communication and organizational skills to ensure efficient account updates and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Understand collections dialing strategies, including predictive and preview dialing.
  • Proactively dial customers while adhering to TCPA and FDCPA laws.
  • Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws regulating the collection industry.
  • Adhere to Check City policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding potential problems or areas for improvement.
  • Make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
