• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and collections agents to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform research on customer accounts and transaction discrepancies, providing thorough analysis to reach resolutions.
• Maintain documentation of processes, findings, and communications to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in collections, banking operations, or as a corporate administrative assistant in Financial Services.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and identify solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with advanced organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
