About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-5 years of collections management experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; functions well individually and within a team
• Goal-oriented and committed to continuous improvement; willingness to take on new responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Identify and communicate areas of improvement within Accounts Receivable; propose and implement solutions
• Assign and communicate goals to team members, providing support and guidance in working toward goals
• Maintain open communication with Central Collections Manager regarding team goals, metrics/results, customer account statuses, etc.
• Utilize tools (i.e SAP, BOBJ) to support decision making, proactively communicate decisions with stakeholders
• Collect, analyze, and report customer accounts receivable metrics to track deliverables
• Communicate with Field and Central teams to determine root causes of issues leading to debt, implement action plans to minimize future debt
