About the position

The College Co-op position for an Operations Analyst at Independence Blue Cross offers students the chance to work in a detail-oriented environment, focusing on troubleshooting and rectifying discrepancies in member accumulator balances across various vendors and departments. Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment of stakeholders across all vendors and identify root causes of discrepancies.
• Oversee adjustment projects by testing and validating expected outcomes prior to submission to third-party medical vendors.
• Interface with project originators and third-party vendors as needed to ensure adjustments are completed as expected.
• Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot and rectify discrepancies in member accumulator balances.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Tableau and SQL.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
