About the position

The college intern position at Envoy Air offers a unique opportunity to work within the Customer Services Policy & Planning department. Interns will engage in various analytical tasks, support operational efficiencies, and gain insights into the commercial aviation business while collaborating with professionals in a team environment. This paid 11-week summer internship is designed to enhance academic studies and provide real-world experience in the airline industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Workforce Planning and station leadership to analyze staffing requirements at airports.
• Support the development, automation, and implementation of new ground handling processes and procedures.
• Assist in conducting comprehensive station audits to ensure evaluations and compliance.
• Present analysis, process improvement initiatives, and project outcomes to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18
• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Business Management, Aviation Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Classified as a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student upon start of internship
• 3.0 minimum Grade Point Average
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to present data to all levels of management
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Possess the legal right to work in the United States
