About the position

As a College Sports Systems Technician with Hawk-Eye Innovations, you will play a crucial role in delivering technology services during live sports events at SEC schools. This part-time position requires a commitment to all home games for the season, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance of technology during various sports events. You will receive comprehensive technical training and support, allowing you to handle daily tasks effectively while also providing opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Set up replay systems for all contracted sports, including Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Baseball & Softball.
• Conduct pre-match checks of systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Collaborate with system operators, officials, school production staff, and broadcasters both on-site and remotely.
• Monitor and maintain technology during games to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain hardware and equipment throughout the season, with possible off-season work for maintenance.
• Assist with installation and testing of new products and services.

Requirements

• Background in broadcast/engineering with an understanding of signal flow preferred.
• Strong technical grounding and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-pressure, live broadcast environment.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
