• Go above and beyond to create a positive experience for guests.
• Ensure high standards of food safety and quality in food presentation and packaging.
• Handle customer feedback positively and contribute to customer recovery efforts.
• Show up on time, maintain a great attitude, and work hard throughout your shift.
• Continuously seek ways to improve work efficiency and effectiveness.
• Pursue trainer certification and seek cross-training opportunities.
• Be a dependable team player and fill shifts when necessary.
• Display good stewardship and ownership for the business, especially during high-volume shifts.

Requirements

• Must be available to work a minimum of 10-20 hours per week.
• Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is required due to high volume.
• Commitment to the highest Chick-fil-A customer service standards.
