About The Position
Vanguard's College to Corporate Internship Program is an immersive, hands-on experience at one of the world's leading investment firms. This program offers extensive training, real-world experience, hands-on opportunities, and mentorship from professionals to broaden your technical expertise. Interns will receive exposure to the software life cycle and have the chance to positively impact clients through exciting assignments. The internship focuses on building high-impact solutions that allow Vanguard to perform at its best and do what's right for investors, supporting client outcomes and giving investors the best chance at investment success. Interns will gain hands-on experience in software development, practice Agile & LEAN methodologies, and share insights in both individual and collaborative environments. Networking opportunities with program managers, alumni, senior leaders, and peers are also provided, along with personalized coaching and mentorship from department managers and internship program managers.
