About The Position

The Collision Estimator at Classic Collision serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the vehicle repair process. This role involves preparing estimates, managing insurance claims, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining communication with both customers and technicians. The position emphasizes quality service, integrity, and teamwork within a supportive company culture.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone, and in-person.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiarity with estimating systems like CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimates for customers and insurance partners according to guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage customer claims for optimal experience.
• Maintains communication with customers, providing updates on the repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to ensure all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
