About the position

The Collision General Manager at Caliber Collision is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the service center, which includes risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. This role involves recruiting, recognizing, and retaining talented teammates, monitoring financial performance metrics, and ensuring that vehicle repairs are conducted safely and profitably according to industry standards and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operation of the service center.
• Manage risk and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics.
• Review previous month's financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure thorough, safe, and profitable vehicle repairs according to Caliber's SOP and industry guidelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under the company insurance policy
• Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics
• Prior experience with CCC1
• Advanced understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
• Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including lifting objects over 50 lbs.
