About the position

The Collision General Manager at Caliber Collision is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the service center, ensuring effective risk management, teammate development, and client satisfaction. This role involves monitoring financial performance, recruiting and retaining talent, and ensuring that vehicle repairs are conducted safely and profitably according to industry standards and company procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall operation of the collision center.
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
  • Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics.
  • Review previous month's financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Ensure thorough, safe, and profitable vehicle repairs according to Caliber's SOP and insurance partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under the company insurance policy.
  • Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics.
  • Prior experience with CCC1.
  • Knowledge of repair processes and procedures.
  • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
