In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing parts receiving and parts returns, ensuring that all parts are accurately tracked and managed. You will also assist our estimator with vehicle check-ins and customer deliveries, playing a crucial role in maintaining a smooth workflow and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will be essential in this position, as you will be the point of contact for parts-related inquiries and will work closely with both customers and team members to ensure a seamless experience. As a Parts Manager/Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be expected to maintain an organized inventory of parts, process returns efficiently, and communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle status. Your role will also involve collaborating with the estimator to ensure that all necessary parts are available for vehicle repairs, which is vital for meeting customer expectations and deadlines.
