Responsibilities
- Perform body and structural repairs on damaged vehicles using appropriate tools, equipment, and parts.
- Follow manufacturer and industry guidelines for all repairs and refinishing.
- Accurately diagnose and assess damage on vehicles and provide detailed repair estimates.
- Continuously monitor and maintain the safety and cleanliness of the work area.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure high-quality repairs.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience as a body shop technician or apprentice.
- Knowledge of various repair and refinishing techniques for different types of vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Background check and drug screen is required.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
