About the position
The Colorado Market Lead for Private Wealth Management at MidFirst Bank is responsible for acquiring and managing high net worth client relationships. Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage high net worth client relationships.
- Engage with practice experts across various business lines to deliver comprehensive financial services.
- Establish relationships with centers of influence and internal partners at MidFirst Bank.
- Consult with clients regarding their unique financial needs.
- Manage a diverse team of professionals, including coaching and performance evaluations.
- Develop and maintain a book of business through personal business development efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or a business-related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial services product and service recommendations.
- 5+ years of experience managing high net worth client portfolios.
- 5+ years of experience in trust and estate administration and planning.
- 5+ years of experience as a Trust Officer or Trust Relationship Manager.
- Strong management acumen and leadership skills.
- Proven business development skills and relationship management experience.
- Advanced knowledge of trust and estate services and applicable laws.
Nice-to-haves
- CTFA or other trust certification.
- Working knowledge of trust accounting and related systems.
- Well-developed centers of influence network.
