About the position

The Enterprise Account Executive at Comcast Business is responsible for selling commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services to mid-size and large businesses. This role involves driving sales through prospecting activities, building relationships with clients, and delivering effective sales presentations. The position requires a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to effectively position Comcast's offerings in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services.
  • Exceed departmental financial and unit targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Develop sales territory by cultivating local partnerships and generating new leads through various prospecting activities.
  • Retain customer base by ensuring a superior customer experience and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare required sales and activity reports.
  • Attend out-of-office meetings with customers and demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Network Design and various technologies related to voice and data networking.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Comcast products and services.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in political canvassing.
  • Familiarity with customer experience (CX) strategies.
  • Proficiency in using Workday or similar CRM tools.
