About the position

The Enterprise Account Executive at Comcast Business is responsible for selling commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services to mid-size and large businesses. This role involves driving sales through prospecting activities, building relationships with clients, and delivering presentations that showcase Comcast's offerings. The position requires a strong focus on customer retention and satisfaction, as well as maintaining accurate sales records and reports.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services.
  • Exceed departmental financial and unit targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Develop sales territory by cultivating local partnerships and generating new leads through various prospecting activities.
  • Retain customer base by ensuring a superior customer experience and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and activity reports as required.
  • Attend out-of-office meetings with customers and demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Network Design and various technologies related to voice and data networking.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience and retention strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with political canvassing and cold calling.
  • Familiarity with business continuity and disaster recovery concepts.
