About the position

The Analyst 3, Privacy Compliance Control Design role at Comcast is focused on managing the roadmap for creating and maintaining security and privacy controls. This position is responsible for developing dashboards to drive compliance across the organization, ensuring the security of corporate information systems against unauthorized access and data breaches. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to align on compliance monitoring and control maintenance, leveraging strong data analysis skills and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the roadmap for creating and maintaining security and privacy controls.
• Develop dashboards to drive compliance across the company.
• Ensure the security of corporate information systems data resources from unauthorized access and corruption.
• Identify and address exposures to data destruction, disclosure, modification, or interruption.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of cybersecurity/privacy controls based on policies and standards.
• Perform root cause analysis on security/privacy control drops and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal audit, legal compliance, privacy legal teams, and data management teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in cybersecurity or privacy compliance.
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred.
• Strong data analysis and manipulation skills using Excel and SQL.
• Experience with Snowflake and Databricks environments.

• Subject matter expertise in Privacy Controls for Continuous Compliance Monitoring.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for collaboration with process owners.
• Cybersecurity domain knowledge and/or certifications like ISACA CISSP or CISA preferred.
