About the position

The Analyst 3, Privacy Compliance Control Design role at Comcast is focused on managing the roadmap for creating and maintaining security and privacy controls. This position is responsible for developing dashboards to drive compliance across the company, ensuring the security of corporate information systems, and addressing potential data exposures. The role requires in-depth knowledge and experience in cybersecurity and privacy controls, as well as collaboration with various stakeholders to align on compliance efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the roadmap for creating and maintaining security and privacy controls.
• Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity/privacy controls based on policies, procedures, and standards.
• Establish continuous compliance monitoring for privacy controls.
• Collaborate with process owners to support the creation and maintenance of controls.
• Work closely with internal audit, legal compliance, privacy legal teams, and data management teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in cybersecurity and privacy compliance.
• Good data analysis and manipulation skills using Excel/SQL for large datasets.
• Ability to learn querying in Snowflake and Databricks environments.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Subject matter expertise in privacy controls for continuous compliance monitoring.
• Cybersecurity domain knowledge and/or certifications like ISACA CISSP or CISA preferred.
• Experience performing root cause analysis on security/privacy control drops.
