About the position

As a Business Process Effectiveness Analyst within the Comcast Cybersecurity Team, you will be responsible for driving transparency by creating and maintaining well-written documentation to streamline business operations processes. This role supports the intersection of business and technology, enhancing operational processes and providing opportunities to sharpen analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation repositories to support the organization's mission and enhance employee experiences.
• Drive transparency by crafting well-written communications for stakeholders, transforming technical requirements into business needs, and detailing complex business cases.
• Develop and update process documentation for various business operations activities.
• Track employee net promoter survey elevations and create strategic communication solutions for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Understanding of 3rd party labor, public cloud financials, and budget processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and self-motivate.
• Proficient data analysis and manipulation skills using Excel/SQL.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for collaboration with Process Owners.
• Ability to convey complex matters in a digestible format using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to understand project roadmaps and their influence on budget and long-range planning.
• Familiarity with the Cybersecurity sector and ability to coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree and approximately 1-5 years of related work experience.
