About the position

As a Product Manager Intern at Comcast, you will be immersed in the dynamic environment of a Fortune 30 global media and technology company. This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in product management, particularly within the Content Discovery team of the Entertainment Services and AI division. You will work closely with top innovators in the field, gaining exposure to the daily operations of a contemporary media and technology company. The internship program aims to cultivate meaningful relationships, develop strong interpersonal and business skills, and provide mentorship opportunities to expand your professional network. In this role, you will support the development of new and innovative Content Discovery features for Comcast's entertainment platforms. You will engage in product discovery and competitive analysis, helping to define and optimize feature metrics while writing user stories and epics. This position will also give you insight into the day-to-day activities of a product owner, including strategy and prioritization for feature metrics and roadmaps. You will be involved in A/B testing and rolling out features that have a direct impact on video customers globally, allowing you to see the tangible results of your contributions. The Comcast Technology, Product & Experience (TPX) organization is at the forefront of media and technology, continually developing products that enhance customer experiences. Responsibilities

  • Document requirements for new products and improvements to existing products based on customer needs
  • Analyze competitive video entertainment products and identify gaps
  • Assist product development efforts by helping with end user product testing
  • Assist in conducting A/B tests for new features and enhancements
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from a United States-based college or university
  • Rising Junior or Rising Senior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2025- Spring 2027)
  • Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship
  • Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program - June 2 through August 15, 2025
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)
