About the position

The Comcast UX Visual Designer Intern position is designed for students pursuing a degree in UI/UX Design, providing an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a leading media and technology company. Interns will work closely with the Digital Experience Design team, contributing to the development of user experience strategies and design standards that enhance the customer experience on Xfinity.com. This role emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and innovation, allowing interns to engage in meaningful projects that impact the design processes and tools used by the team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and propose solutions for enhancing existing tools and processes
• Assist in creation and organization of components in Figma
• Explore alternate UX patterns for existing components set
• Provide documentation on existing UX patterns and behaviors
• Assist designers in creative exploration of marketing templates
• Provide research and assistance to leadership in the development and design of new components
• Participate in design ideation sessions
• Interview and analyze team members' processes and tool preferences
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from a United States-based college or university
• Rising Junior or Rising Senior (graduation date between Winter 2025- Spring 2027)
• Returning to degree program for at least a semester after the internship
• Available to work 40 hours per week from June 2 through August 15, 2025
• Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
• Available to report in-person to the work location

Nice-to-haves
