About The Position

Reporting to our Director of Commerce Marketing, you will lead annual marketing plan development, retailer media strategy, budget management, and end-to-end marketing program execution to help Conagra Brands win at Walmart, our largest customer. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, Category Leadership, eCommerce, Walmart Marketing, Walmart Connect, and agency partners to build and execute omni-channel programs that drive growth, strengthen shopper engagement, and maximize return on marketing investment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in Brand, Shopper, Digital, eCommerce, or agency roles within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
  • Experience working with Walmart or a similar large retail customer.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and eCommerce, including retailer media platforms, mobile, social, and digital shelf optimization.
  • Strong collaboration skills with proven success partnering across Sales, Brand teams, internal marketing functions, agency partners, and retail customers.
  • Experience using consumer and shopper data along with marketing performance metrics to optimize plans.
  • Experience balancing long-term strategic planning with short-term business needs and managing multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales, Category Leadership, Brand teams, eCommerce, Walmart Marketing, Walmart Connect, and agency partners to develop omni-channel commerce and shopper marketing plans.
  • Develop all components of commerce marketing plans, including program objectives, agency briefs, creative development, marketing tactic selection, program execution, and budget management.
  • Leverage shopping trends, shopper insights, and retailer capabilities to identify new go-to-market media and communication opportunities.
  • Analyze marketing investment performance versus key performance indicators and industry benchmarks to inform optimization and future investment decisions.
  • Partner with Brand teams to align marketing investment strategies, creative development, and retail activation opportunities.
  • Manage agency resources to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of marketing programs.
  • Own annual marketing budget allocation and ongoing tracking to optimize marketing investment and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Partner with Walmart Marketing, Merchandising, and Walmart Connect teams to support new item launches, marketing plan development, and program execution.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce and Sales teams to deliver digital shelf content optimized to drive sales, share of voice, and repeat purchase.
