About the position

The Commercial Account Coordinator at BSC America is responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the Commercial Accounts department at the Bel Air Auto Auction. This role involves monitoring, documenting, and performing various tasks related to vehicle management, ensuring that repairs are completed, and managing the parking and placement of vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Support the function of the Commercial Accounts department administratively and technically.
  • Monitor and document vehicle conditions and repairs.
  • Perform tasks related to vehicle management, including walking cars and ensuring proper sticker placement.
  • Assist in parking and organizing vehicles in the auction lot.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in automotive service management or related fields.
  • Demonstrated organizational and planning skills.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • PC experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the wholesale automotive auction industry.
  • Resourceful, innovative, and a self-starter.
