Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients and provide them with exceptional service and support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers
  • Identify and assess clients' insurance needs and provide them with appropriate coverage options
  • Analyze insurance policies and recommend changes as needed
  • Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other professionals to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the claims process
  • Monitor industry trends and provide clients with insights and recommendations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Active P&C License in CA
