About the position

The Commercial Account Manager position at Orkin involves being part of a dynamic B2B Outside Sales team focused on pest management solutions. This role emphasizes building relationships with commercial clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored pest control solutions. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a problem solver for commercial clients by utilizing in-depth training to determine the best pest solution for each customer's needs.
  • Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and managing assigned leads.
  • Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
  • Conduct inspections of clients' commercial properties and make recommendations based on findings.
  • Prepare sales agreements and stay organized using provided iPad and sales software.

Requirements

  • Sales experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required with a good driving record.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required.
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
  • Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.
