Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and refine the offer design including pricing and commercial strategy to mitigate competitive risk and increase win odds.
• Balance EY's proposed price points and value articulation against market benchmarks and expected competitor positioning.
• Incorporate market benchmarks and competitive intelligence to increase differentiation and test client's willingness to pay.
• Design and execute the commercial structure aligned to the client's value metrics ensuring a fair return for EY's risk profile.
• Support the development of client-facing financial, business, and commercial documents.
• Advise on client negotiations and articulate the deal construct and value proposition in support of internal approval processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in competitive analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization and balance client needs with business goals.
• Natural coaching skills and ability to inspire others with insights.
