Paving Pros, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Asphalt Paving Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in commercial asphalt paving projects. This role focuses on logistics, quality control, and direct supervision of field foremen and employees, ensuring that all paving work meets the company's high standards. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of jobs and crews.
• Meet crews every morning and ensure timely departure with necessary equipment.
• Coordinate with commercial truck drivers for equipment movement.
• Ensure 5-star quality work is performed without cutting corners.
• Order subcontract trucks daily for crew operations.
• Pre-order materials from vendors and subcontractors to ensure crew readiness.
• Communicate with customers and project managers regarding any issues or changes during operations.
• Ensure quality and profitability of daily paving operations.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience operating asphalt equipment.
• 4 years of paving management experience.
• 4 years of experience in asphalt construction.
• Valid Driver's License.
