About the position

As a Commercial Asset Consultant Senior at PNC, you will play a crucial role in administering large-level-risk transactions for clients, focusing on minimizing losses and optimizing resolutions. This position involves gathering financial data, preparing analyses, and developing workout strategies for a portfolio. You will negotiate workout options with customers, work with internal and external partners to secure collateral coverage, and ensure adherence to established policies and regulations. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administers large-level-risk transactions for clients to minimize losses and optimize resolutions.
• Gathers financial data and prepares analysis for a portfolio.
• Develops workout strategies and alternatives for clients.
• Reviews relevant documents and transaction deal structures.
• Negotiates workout options with customers to reduce risks and losses.
• Works with internal and external business partners to secure collateral coverage.
• Adheres to established policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Evaluates assets, cash flow, balance sheets, and long-term business plans.
• Participates in communications with bank group members and third parties.
• Mentors peers and may participate in regulatory discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Knowledge of asset management, capital management, and commercial lending.
