About the position
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Baker to join our family-owned, high-volume retail business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scaling and mixing doughs, as well as performing bench work. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with a focus on overnight shifts and weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Scale and mix doughs for various baked goods.
- Perform bench work to prepare products for baking.
- Ensure quality and consistency in all baked items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements
- Experience as a baker in a commercial setting.
- Valid Food Handler Certification.
- Strong time management skills.
