About the position

As a Commercial Banker within the Middle Market Banking team at JPMorgan Chase, you will be the focal point for client acquisition and relationship management. This role involves working independently and collaboratively to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients in the Middle Market and Specialized Industries. The position requires a deep understanding of various banking products and a methodical approach to market activity and prospecting, with a focus on building and retaining profitable client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships.
• Find ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation while embracing innovative opportunities offered by new technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in direct lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners.
