About the position
The Commercial Banker - Middle Market Banking - Vice President role focuses on client acquisition and relationship management within the Middle Market and Specialized Industries. Responsibilities

- Find ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation while embracing innovative opportunities offered by new technologies.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in direct lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships.
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners.

- Bachelor's degree and formal credit training preferred.
- Sales management, business development skills, proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
