About the position

The Commercial Banker role within the Startup Banking team at J.P. Responsibilities

  • Build a brand within the market representing Startup Banking as the leading bank for the Innovation Economy.
  • Develop new business by acquiring new relationships and deepening existing ones.
  • Lead internal strategic discussions across various solutions including credit and payments.
  • Seek out diverse founders in the innovation space through a strong referral network.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and customer-centricity while managing associated risks.

Requirements

  • 5 years of related experience in Commercial Banking.
  • Strong understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
  • Excellent sales management and business development skills.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
