- Demonstrate strong customer service through attentiveness and efficient transaction processing.
- Cultivate prospects through referrals, networking, and participation in professional organizations.
- Manage and review client portfolios to monitor risk and success.
- Assemble financial information and coordinate the generation of complete loan packages for approval presentation.
- Act in accordance with all required banking and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial lending experience within C&I, community, and middle-market.
- Formal credit training is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Self-starter with problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Quick learner and adaptable.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or a related field preferred.
