Responsibilities
- Business planning and budgeting
- Sales tracking/reporting
- Financial forecasting
- Management and financial reporting
- Balance sheet optimization
- Investment case and decision support

- Control infrastructure
- Understanding key business drivers
- Developing operational and strategic plans
- Delivering insightful analysis to the business
- Providing monthly/quarterly reporting of business unit financial statements and non-financial metrics to business unit leaders and senior management
- Planning and forecasting of business unit results and development of both operational and strategic plans
- Producing meaningful and timely business operating segment reports
- Leading development and implementation of business unit performance measures
- Assessing and enhancing processes that drive accountability measurements within the business
- Providing financial information for decision making support including cost management and revenue enhancement
- Supporting business competitive intelligence analysis and strategic benchmarking
- Interfacing with the leadership team in the development and implementation of business unit strategies
- Reviewing and prioritizing business unit and financial initiatives
- Providing financial leadership, advice, processes, and tools
- Creating and distributing sales tracking methodologies for each commercial vertical
- Ensuring strong accounting and internal controls environment
- Ensuring compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards
- Maintaining proficient knowledge of, and demonstrating ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position
- Ensuring ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meeting all job-specific training requirements in a timely fashion
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a BA or BS from an accredited four-year institution
- An MBA is preferred
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older
- 10+ years of experience in Financial Services / Banking industry
