About the position

The Commercial Business Development Representative at Heart Heating & Cooling Inc. is responsible for expanding the company's commercial business accounts and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role involves engaging with local businesses and community events to promote services and memberships, as well as executing a strong B2B sales strategy targeting property management companies, HOAs, and real estate firms. The position requires a proactive approach to sales, including cold calling potential customers and traveling throughout the service area.

Responsibilities

  • Increase the company's commercial business accounts.
  • Maintain relationships with existing commercial clients.
  • Engage in local and community events to build relationships with businesses and multi-family buildings.
  • Promote memberships and local rebate programs.
  • Establish and execute a strong Business to Business sales effort targeting property management companies, HOAs, and real estate companies.
  • Travel throughout Heart's entire service area.
  • Conduct cold calling on potential customers.

Requirements

  • Sales experience is helpful.
  • Must pass a background check and drug test.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Self-motivated and reliable.
