About the position

The Lead Project Manager for Commercial Construction will oversee large-scale projects in the Milwaukee area, focusing on commercial, retail, healthcare, and restaurant renovations. This role requires a steadfast personality to lead teams from project inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Track project progress and maintain schedules while coordinating with various agencies for compliance.
  • Ensure quality control and safety standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor cost control, job costing, and productivity metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project status and safety practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in commercial construction as a Project Manager or Lead Project Manager.
  • Proven ability to manage new construction and large-scale projects confidently.
  • Experience with project management and estimating, particularly in projects ranging from $3m to $35m.
  • Construction Management Degree or a similar qualification is required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
