About the position

We are seeking skilled individuals for various trades in commercial construction, focusing on projects primarily in Orange County and Los Angeles. This full-time position offers consistent work opportunities and requires prior construction experience in multiple trades such as drywall, framing, carpentry, concrete, plumbing, and electrical work. Candidates must be able to work regular daytime hours, with some projects requiring after-hours, overnight, or weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Perform plastering, drywall, and carpentry tasks.
• Conduct cabinet installation and caulking.
• Read blueprints and schematics for construction projects.
• Operate heavy equipment and perform fabrication tasks.
• Repair and replace electrical components such as receptacles and light fixtures.
• Repair and replace plumbing lines and fixtures.
• Maintain cleanliness on job sites, ensuring they are left spotless after work is completed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial construction is required.
• Proficiency in caulking, frame carpentry, and door hanging.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to perform plastering, drywall, and carpentry tasks.
• Familiarity with construction site operations and blueprint reading is necessary.
• Knowledge of concrete forming, roofing, and fabrication techniques is preferred.
• Must have your own tools and transportation to and from job sites.
