About the position

The Commercial Construction Project Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and selling commercial construction projects from initial identification to closing. This role requires strong project sales management skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and proficiency in relevant software applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective communication, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads for commercial construction projects.
  • Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
  • Close sales of construction projects.
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial project sales management within the construction industry.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Relevant certifications in project management are a plus.
