About the position

The Commercial Credit Administration Associate II position focuses on risk management functions within the Credit Risk Management team. The role involves supporting remediation activities for regulatory issues, interacting with auditors, managing project timelines, conducting risk assessments, and providing risk advisory services. This position is ideal for individuals seeking exposure to a variety of risk management skillsets in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of a plan and timeline to support various regulatory remediation findings.
  • Set and manage project goals, objectives and plans to accomplish tasks within established timelines.
  • Facilitate the timely delivery of artifacts for processes, controls, testing or other needs.
  • Proactively maintain all documents based on their exposure in meetings and knowledge of their updates or changes.
  • Develop schedules and timelines for walkthroughs with auditors and business unit leaders.
  • Coordinate and help lead walkthroughs with process/control owners to obtain understanding of their process and controls.
  • Assist the business owners in responding to feedback from internal and external auditors.
  • Perform risk assessments, evaluate mitigation strategies, and help manage new projects or initiatives with emerging risks.
  • Collaborate with control owners to design or enhance controls that balance efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Propose solutions to processes and controls to address the Bank's dynamic growth.
  • Build healthy cross-functional relationships among various departments to achieve alignment in timelines and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain core technical and soft skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Auditing, Risk Management, Enterprise Risk, or Operational Risk and Project Management or Consulting, including leadership experience a plus.
  • High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Auditing, Risk Management, Enterprise Risk, or Operational Risk and Project Management or Consulting, including leadership experience a plus.
